In the afternoon of the same day, the participants collectively visited the site of the second phase of the Huizhou District Circular Economy Park Shuangyi Sewage Treatment Project constructed by Xinshi Membrane Technology Co., Ltd.
The second phase of Shuangyi sewage treatment project in Huizhou District is a 5000-ton/day sewage treatment system, which mainly treats organic wastewater discharged by epoxy resin, TGIC and polyester resin production enterprises in the park. As the high concentration of chloride ions to the project biochemical section of the treatment increased the difficulty, so in the early stage of the project, the project general contractor joint Xinshi shares after six months of pilot test, to determine the use of Xinshi shares of nano-ceramic flat membrane process, to ensure that the total system effluent to meet the "integrated sewage discharge" (GB8978-1996) three standards.
At present, the project has entered the trial operation stage. The owners and experts agree that the system is running well and the processing capacity meets the design requirements. The environmental protection experts in our district specially took the treated water samples for observation on the spot, and gave a high evaluation of the treatment effect.
