The MBR membrane is mainly used to filter water sources, so the working effect of the equipment is a very important indicator. If the purification effect is not good, there is no use. More importantly, after the MBR membrane has been used for a period of time, it must be cleaned. There are two commonly used methods: physical cleaning and chemical cleaning.
Physical cleaning is carried out manually, mechanically or by cleaning tanks. The commonly used method is online backwashing. MBR membrane backwashing water, backwashing pressure is greater than 0. 1MPa, backwashing time is determined according to the requirements of the manufacturer, backwashing water membrane water.
Chemical cleaning is to soak and clean the membrane with chemicals. The cleaning cycle of MBR membrane can be considered to be 3-6 days apart, and quantitative NaClO and HC1 can be added respectively during backwashing. On-line chemical backwashing, after backwashing for 3-5 minutes each time, the agent is backwashed into the membrane, placed for 20-30 minutes, and then put into normal water. Aeration shall be continued during cleaning.
