MBR flat membrane has the advantages of good water quality, stable operation and saving land, and has become a competitive water treatment technology in the disposal and reuse of urban sewage and industrial wastewater. The MBR process system takes the membrane module as the central equipment, and the sludge-water mixture after biochemical degradation is filtered out by the membrane, replacing the secondary sedimentation tank in the regular process to stop the solid-liquid separation, and the purified water after four treatments is obtained.
The main way of MBR membrane includes hollow fiber membrane war plate membrane and so on. The former is widely used in urban sewage disposal projects, with small size, low cost, simple manufacturing and other characteristics, but the resistance loss is large. At present, the use of flat membrane is less, the investment cost is high, the membrane pool occupies a large area in the air, but the anti-pollution ability is strong.
According to the different membrane structure, the membrane module used in the MBR process system mainly includes hollow fiber membrane war plate membrane. Hollow fiber membrane is a commonly used membrane module in wastewater treatment MBR process. Hollow fiber membrane can be made into curtain type, beam type, column type and other ways, but due to the structural characteristics of the membrane wire, its packaging density is high, the packaging process is difficult to control, easy to present broken wire, winding, cleaning complex and other problems.
