The ceramic plate membrane began to appear normal and obvious clogging after 10 days of working in water. The direct manifestation is the increase of transmembrane pressure and the decrease of water production. Over time, a moderate blockage occurs after about 30 days. When the pressure rises to the critical value of the working alert, the water production rate drops further, and serious blockage appears after about 60 days. At this time, the transmembrane pressure exceeds the critical value of the working alert, and the water production rate further decreases seriously, reaching a state of basically no water outflow.
The start-up pumping water load is non-linearly proportional to the ceramic flat membrane plug, which is not only related to the sludge concentration, but also related to the activity of the sludge, that is, the higher the suction stroke, the higher the water production value of the sewage treatment equipment, the higher the ceramic flat membrane plug. The faster the membrane is clogged, the worse the sludge activity and the faster the clogging. Through the detection of different sludge concentrations, the concentration value and the clogging of the ceramic plate membrane were nonlinear proportional relationship. When the sludge concentration reaches a certain value, the degree of congestion is on the rise.
