In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the membrane bioreactor, extend the service life of the membrane bioreactor and reduce the operating cost of the membrane bioreactor.
Today I will talk about some key points of the daily maintenance of mbr membrane modules.
1. regularly check whether the ventilation meets the standard air volume and whether the ventilation is uniform. When it is found that the aeration is obviously uneven or the aeration does not meet the specified value, necessary measures should be taken in time to avoid serious situations.
2. if there is a sudden upward trend in the transmembrane pressure difference, there is a membrane blockage. The general reason is abnormal aeration state or deterioration of sludge performance. The mbr membrane module should be cleaned immediately, and then the transmembrane pressure difference should be checked.
If the 3. finds abnormal sludge appearance and odor, it should check MLSS, pH value, water temperature, dissolved oxygen, sludge viscosity, BOD load and other data in time to determine the cause and solve it in time.
The normal pH of 4. MBR membrane components is between 6 and 8. If this value cannot be reached in practice, the pH value needs to be adjusted in time to ensure that the pH value of the wastewater is within a reasonable range to ensure normal operation.
