In recent years, with the implementation of the country's western development strategy, coal chemical industry has developed rapidly. The coal chemical industry has the characteristics of high coal consumption, high water consumption and high wastewater discharge, while the distribution of coal resources and water resources in China is contrary to each other. The northwest is rich in coal resources, with many dry lands and a shortage of water resources. Excessive use and destruction of water resources has become a serious environmental problem facing the development of coal chemical industry.
The high salinity wastewater of coal and coal mainly comes from the washing wastewater in the gas purification process, the drainage of the circulating water system, the drainage of the desalted water system and the concentrated water reuse system. Therefore, in recent years, some places have introduced strict wastewater discharge standards to achieve the goal of "zero wastewater discharge", which has become the self-requirement and external requirement of the development of coal chemical industry.
Jiuyou has adopted a near-zero discharge process to treat high-salt wastewater from coal chemical industry. The Neterfo flow-limiting separation system adopted also adopts cross-flow PON anti-pollution technology, POM wide-flow viaduct bypass technology and other technologies, which greatly increases the recovery rate of the system to more than 80%, breaking through the current limit of 50% design recovery rate, with a recovery rate as high as 50%. It can continuously concentrate raw water and reduce the amount of water to be treated subsequently evaporated, the operating and investment costs of the system are greatly reduced, and the Jiuyou near-zero emission process has the following advantages:
In the process of project implementation, comply with HJ/T270-2006 "reverse osmosis water treatment device manufacturing technical conditions", JB/T2932-1999 "water treatment equipment manufacturing technical conditions" and other standards.
Using quantitative analysis, high flux and pollution-resistant membrane modules, the system recovery rate can reach 95%, and the remaining concentrated water is close to zero emission after evaporation, which can meet the comprehensive discharge standard of GB8978-1996 sewage.
Low operating costs, low investment in near-zero wastewater discharge equipment, through the calculation and analysis of water quality and investment operation, optimize and adjust the system recovery rate, while ensuring that the system can meet the production needs, so that the overall operating cost of the system is low, the investment income is considerable.

The results show that the process has the advantages of reasonable process, stable operation, high integration, low investment and low operating cost. The water treated by the system can be used for production water in the plant area, which improves the recycling rate of water resources in the plant area, saves industrial water, saves water resources, and realizes energy conservation and emission reduction, which has significant economic, environmental and social benefits.
